Director of Operations
Tori joined the David Street Station team as Director of Operations in October 2025, bringing a passion for building community spaces and creating memorable experiences for all who visit. Though originally from Oklahoma, she’s proudly called Wyoming home since 2013, and Downtown Casper has become one of her favorite places to work, play, and connect with others.
Her path to David Street Station has been shaped by a career dedicated to fostering connections and supporting vibrant communities. Most recently, Tori served as Executive Director of the Wyoming Craft Brewers Guild, advocating for the state’s craft beer industry through statewide events, partnerships, and legislative outreach. She also spent nearly a decade in admissions and recruitment at Casper College, where she worked to welcome and inspire the next generation of students.
At David Street Station, Tori is excited to keep the heart of downtown running smoothly—overseeing operations, maintaining the space, and helping create events that bring people together year-round. She enjoys seeing families, friends, and neighbors delight in a sunny afternoon on the green or gathering under the lights of our community Christmas tree, knowing her work helps make those moments possible.
Outside of work, Tori channels her leadership and creativity as Head Coach and Choreographer for the Kelly Walsh High School Marching Band Color Guard, guiding the team to multiple championship wins. She also enjoys fly fishing, hiking Wyoming’s beautiful trails, and spending time with her two dogs.
Known for her warmth, attention to detail, and “get-it-done” spirit, Tori is thrilled to be part of David Street Station’s mission to keep downtown Casper lively, welcoming, and full of memories waiting to be made.
